Dianne Savastano, BS in Nursing, MBA
Principal and Founder of Healthassist

Healthassist's principal Dianne Savastano understands healthcare from both the clinical and insurance perspective. In her 25-year career in healthcare she has worked as a nurse providing direct patient care, as a hospital manager, as a director of managed care for an insurance company, as a manager of workers' compensation programs, and also as a person caring for a family member diagnosed with multiple cancers.

Dianne received her Nursing degree from Rhode Island College and her MBA from Simmons College in Boston. She has worked as a clinical director and registered nurse for hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, helping to coordinate care for over 100,000 patients annually. She has also served as director of managed care for The Chickering Group and as relationship director at CitiStreet for 200,000 plan participants. Her experience has taught her how to ensure that the client is at the center of the
healthcare equation.
